This site is a tribute to Penny, who passed away peacefully with her daughters, Amanda and Nikki by her side on 8th October 2019 at Scarlet House Care Home, Ebley, aged 76 years. In her mid-60s, Penny was diagnosed with the neurological condition Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy; she fought this debilitating disease with energy and optimism for over 10 years and we would be grateful for your donations to the PSP Association in her memory. She was much loved by her family and many friends.
